Since 2021, Nicole Lu has been the head artist for New Atlantis Comic Collective. She first graduated from Orange Coast College, then California State University of Long Beach, where she gained experience in TV and film production. 
 

Nicole became involved with New Atlantis soon after her longtime collaborator Spencer shared his creative idea with her in hopes to build it into a real company. She was then introduced to Spencer’s writing team and other art students from CSULB, and the first issue of Escape from Dough Mansion was published.
 

Nicole is also a freelance photographer who loves to cook, crochet, and appreciate dogs.
