SHIPPING & RETURNS

Since our company operates under a direct-to-audience business model, all of us here at the New Atlantis Comic Collective care about providing every customer with quality, efficient, professional products and services. We guarantee that our products will be safely and securely delivered to you.

Shipping Policy

Our products will be shipped to you either through our in-house location or third-party merchandise-selling websites in an appropriate amount of business days.You will receive a personalized note from us thanking you for your purchase in the mail after we have received your order. Because we are a small business that is still starting out, we are only shipping domestically across the United States and cannot ship to other international countries at this moment in time. However, if anyone international would like to still support us, you can read our comic issues digitally here on our site for free.  

 

The following explanations indicate how and from where each of our products will be shipped to you:

 

Comic Books & Sticker Sheets: Our comic books and sticker sheets will be shipped to you directly from our in-house location in Long Beach, CA. Your order will be delivered to you in 8-10 business days through our shipping provider. You will be charged a flat rate fee of $3 for the shipping of our comic books and sticker sheets. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Since we are trying to build a community of collectors with our products, all sales on our comic books and sticker sheets are FINAL. No refunds or returns will be granted on any comic books or sticker sheets.

 

T-Shirts & Hoodies: Our t-shirts and hoodies will be manufactured/shipped to you through our store on Printify. Your order will be delivered to you in 11-15 business days through the our shipping provider. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. You will be charged a flat rate fee of $9.99 for the shipping of our t-shirts and hoodies. You will be able to return or refund any hoodie or t-shirt order as long as they remain in their new, original condition. To learn more about returning or refunding a t-shirt or hoodie, please refer to the “Return & Exchange” section below.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return or refund it, please contact us at mervin.mann@newatlantiscomiccollective.com.

 

If you are not satisfied with an order purchased from the New Atlantis Comic Collective, you can return the order for a refund within 14 calendar days. We only accept returns and refunds for any type of t-shirt or hoodie. The t-shirt or hoodie must remain in its new, original condition to be given a return and refund. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if the item has signs of wear and tear. Comic books and sticker sheets are final sale. No refunds or returns will be permitted on any comic books or sticker sheets.

 

Customers wishing to return their purchased order from New Atlantis Comic Collective must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number prior to sending the product back to us. We will provide you with a shipping label to return your order back to our in-house location. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Other Questions About Shipping & Returns

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?

 

If you've entered the wrong address at checkout, please email us immediately at  mervin.mann@newatlantiscomiccollective.com. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if we have not yet processed the order.

If packages are refused or undeliverable based on customer error or unavailability to receive the package, the shipping carrier may return the order to New Atlantis Comic Collective due to their inability to deliver. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of your order purchased; however, the original shipping cost and any undeliverable charge from the shipping carrier will be deducted from your refund.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?

 

Please email us mervin.mann@newatlantiscomiccollective.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take up to 10 business days to investigate with USPS.
